Strategy Sessions and Interview Coaching:

Work with me to learn and implement job search strategies that get interviews, and interviewing skills that get offers!

My basic coaching rate is only $140 per hour, with some discount packages available. Coaching sessions are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. I’m available at 12 noon, if that fits better with your schedule. Appointments are sometimes available after 5:00 PM for an additional $30 per hour.

We can meet via phone, Skype or in person at my office near Berkeley, California. For more details please see the relevant page:

Interview Coaching

Resume, LinkedIn and Cover Letter Review / Coaching:

The most affordable (and often the fastest) way to work with me for great job search communications is through document review and coaching. I will give you specific, customized guidance as you transform your resume, profile and/or cover letter. I can then provide light editing and simple formatting to polish your final draft. The cost is $140 per hour, and the number of hours is up to you. Tell me your budget and your deadline, and we’ll make a plan to build job search marketing pieces that work.

Interview + Resume Review package: We can add 30 minutes of resume review and advice to any interview coaching package for only $45 more.

Writing:

I have limited availability for resume, LinkedIn profile and cover letter writing. When available, this process begins with an in-depth interview. The cost depends on factors such as length of experience, complexity of qualifications, specific challenges such as change of career field, etc. and may be anywhere from $450 (recent graduate) to $900+ (executive) for the resume alone. LinkedIn profiles and cover letters can be added for an additional (generally smaller) price. The turnaround time for me to write one document or profile is generally 7-10 calendar days, plus a few more days for each added item. Please contact me for a quote.

Payment:

Payment is accepted via cash, check, major credit card or Paypal before service is rendered.

Money-saving tip: You may be able to take a tax deduction for these fees. Please see IRS Publication 529 and/or consult your tax professional.
